Local Pickup and Delivery (GTA)

We provide delivery services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Orders will be eligible for delivery within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Everlasting Flowers: Due to their handmade nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Fresh Flowers: Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to their perishable nature.

Blooming Flowers: Please inspect the products upon delivery to confirm they meet your expectations. To ensure your event's success, we provide onsite adjustments or exchanges as needed during the rental period.

Rental Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our Blooming Flowers rental services. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions for returning rented items:

Return Deadline
All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Condition of Returned Items
Rented items must be returned in the same condition as they were received—clean, undamaged, and complete with all parts. Any damages, stains, or missing components will result in repair or replacement fees, deducted from your security deposit or charged separately.

Inspection Upon Return
All returned items will be inspected within 24 hours of receipt. If any issues are identified, you will be notified promptly.

Non-Return of Items
Failure to return rental items within 7 days of the return deadline will be considered a non-return, and you will be charged the full replacement cost of the items.

Cancellation Policy
Rental cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of deposits paid.

Refund Policy
Refunds for deposits or unused rental fees will only be issued after a complete inspection of returned items. Damages or late fees will be deducted before any refund is processed.

Early Return Policy
If rental items are returned earlier than the agreed rental period, no partial refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

Liability During Rental Period
You are responsible for all rented items during the rental period. Any loss, theft, or damage occurring while the items are in your possession will result in additional charges.

Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, rental agreements may be adjusted at our discretion.
